Plaisir De Merle Cabernet Sauvignon (single bottle)

Situated on the east and northeast facing slopes of the Simonsberg Mountain, Plaisir de Merle is bordered by the towns of Stellenbosch, Franschhoek and Paarl - South Africa's most renowned winemaking areas. The terroir results in grapes of unsurpassed quality and the Plaisir de Merle Cabernet Sauvignon is crafted from grapes from a variety of vineyards. Our Winemaker adds small quantities of other Plaisir de Merle reds to achieve a new level of complexity and to increase the accessibility of the wine. The sensuous Cabernet Sauvignon has a rich mouthfeel, with a dry finish and flavours of ripe plummy fruit, dark chocolate and blackberries.
