Chenin Blanc:

This wine is a great example of modern-styled, South African Chenin Blanc, which shows true elegance. This wine displays upfront guava, pear and pineapple aromas with hints of honey and green apple on the nose. The palate is vibrant and fresh with a linear acidity and a lingering finish.

Chardonnay:

This elegantly styled Chardonnay shows litchi, peach and lime aromas on the nose, complimented by biscuit and orange blossom undertones. Lime and biscuit flavours are carried through on the palate. This wine’s crisp and refreshing features are perfectly balanced with the subtle creaminess and ends with lingering finish.

Pinotage:

This rich and flavourful Pinotage shows upfront fruit sweetness with plum, banana and fruitcake aromas. The sweet and juicy tannins are complimented by hints of chocolate and strawberries. The palate is seductively soft and salacious with a long and gentle finish.

Cabernet Sauvignon:

The vibrant Cabernet Sauvignon exudes aromas of cassis, dark berries and Christmas cake along with nuances of dried herbs and cedary oak. The palate shows lovely structure, juiciness and flavours of red fruit and spices. 

Shiraz:

This vibrant Shiraz shows upfront fruit sweetness with aromas of plum, dried spice and blackcurrant with notes of violets, cigar box and red cherries. The palate is juicy and dimensional with a fruit driven mid palate, a well-integrated tannin structure and an elegant, lingering finish.
