100% Pinot Noir

Enjoy with lamb, duck, tuna, rare beef and fine African venison. This Pinot Noir should be served slightly chilled at about 16° C.

Pinot Noir is a noble cultivar and when combined with small berries it creates an amazing wine, full of character, expressing the very terroir where it’s grown. Pinot Noir refl ects vintages more accurately than anyother cultivar.

Matured for more than nine months - depending on the vintage - in two hundred and twenty eight litre Burgundy Oak Barrels, our Pinot Noir expresses the respect we have for the wise words once spoken - “that oak is only a platform to present this noble Cultivar and not a curtain to hide it as in a theatre play!”
