40g - 50g spice per kilogram of meat.
Mix / tumble spice meat and any additional ingredients together and leave overnight to marinate.
Mix / tumble again and hang to dry.
Ingredients: Coriander,flavoring,sea salt,spices (irradiated),spice extract.
Not suitable for people with wheat,gluten,soya bean ,milk and eggs allergy.
